The service

VizibAI measures a brand's visibility in the answers of AI engines: which answers mention it, which sources are used, how this evolves over time.

The service is provided as SaaS, accessible through a browser.

Account and workspaces

You guarantee the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your credentials.

A workspace is administered by its owners and admins, who manage members and their roles.

You are responsible for the use of the service by the members you invite.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no attempt to access other workspaces' data, no bypassing of technical limits, no resale without written agreement.

The service must be used in compliance with applicable laws.

Your data

Your configuration (brand, prompts, settings) and your results remain yours.

You grant us the right to process this data solely to operate and secure the service, in accordance with the privacy policy.

Nature of the results

The answers produced by AI engines are content produced by third parties: we collect and measure them, we do not control them and do not guarantee their accuracy.

The metrics provided are observational measurements, useful for steering a strategy, without any guarantee of commercial outcome.

Availability and changes

The service evolves continuously: features may be added, changed or removed.

We aim for high availability without guaranteeing it contractually at this stage; planned interruptions will be kept to what is necessary.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service over the previous twelve months.

We are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of the metrics provided.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request the closure of your account at any time.

We may suspend an account in the event of a breach of these terms, after notice except in urgent cases.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
